Walked into my favourite tailor shop in Hoi An and a woman working there said “tenderness” she then spelled it and wrote it down saying, “you are tenderness” so sweet! I then went for coffee with the owner and we sat by the river with chicken at our feet - such experiences are starting to feel normal

One thing that seems to transcend cultural differences is being straightforward, genuine and seeing the inherent value and positive intentions in oneself and others. Some days it’s easy, other days it’s an uphill battle but the final destination seems to be humility either way ! Loving this journey
